Creating your account is free. NUMIA has a free plan that doesn't expire and doesn't ask for a card: its raffle allowance renews every month. To turn it on, your workspace has to be verified: you upload documents, such as your tax registration, and the iTools team reviews them. It can be used only once per tax ID. If you need more, you move to a paid plan from the dashboard.

No. With a single iTools account you turn on the apps you want and manage them from the same dashboard. The exception, for now, is CTOOLS: it's used on its own site, with a separate login, and isn't subscribed to through iTools.

Yes. You invite members to your workspace and give each one a role, which applies in every app you turn on in that workspace.

Today, by bank transfer: the dashboard shows the account details, you make the transfer and upload the receipt. A person from the team checks it and activates your plan.

Yes, there's no minimum term. You cancel the plan from the dashboard whenever you want and, if you already paid for it, you keep using it until the period ends. Careful with the free plan: if you cancel it, you can't turn it on again with the same tax ID.

In iTools, each workspace is isolated: no one from another workspace sees your data. You can turn on two-step verification, the photos of your ID are stored encrypted and important actions are logged.

If you close your workspace, access is cut off right away and its data is deleted after 30 days; until then, you can cancel the closure or download its data in a ZIP. To close it, it can't have any current plans or be the only workspace you own. If you delete your account, your access and the workspaces where you were the only owner are suspended on the spot, and everything is deleted after 30 days; until then you can sign in to cancel the deletion, download your data or delete everything right then. What can't be deleted is anonymized, and what serves as a record is kept, such as payments, the audit log and the note that you already used the free plan.

Not yet: today none of the apps you turn on in iTools imports spreadsheets. You enter your data from the app's dashboard.

They can't be used or subscribed to yet. When they're available, they'll work with your same iTools account: the same login and the same team.
